I'm a product and educational content leader with 10+ years of international building digital products from zero to scale for international brands such as Netflix, BCG Digital Ventures, and early-stage startups.
My background sits at the intersection of instructional design, product strategy and content strategy. I design and launch global digital products that are impactful, bingeable and most importantly look damn good.

Netflix · Grow Creative Hub · 2026‍ ‍

Led the end-to-end content and product strategy for Netflix's bespoke global training platform, the only platform of its kind inside the company. Built for writers and directors in active development with Netflix, it demands the highest bar for cinematic clarity, narrative structure and training quality.

I spearheaded the platform from zero to launch across discovery, MVP, global rollout across APAC, EMEA and LATAM. I led the product strategy and the content vision: creating AI product features such as personalised search to aid content discoverability.

Netflix NextGen Writers’ Challenge · 2026‍ ‍

A campaign to discover the next generation of television writers in the Netherlands and India.
Led the creative direction, content design and product experience from concept to launch. Every layer of the campaign, how it looked, how it spoke, how it guided writers through their journey, was designed to feel cinematic and aspirational, while making the site scaleable and accessible for future programs.

Edubites · MVP · 2021

An EdTech platform built to transform week-long executive lectures into bite-sized digital learning experiences. Led the product strategy and content design; building the design systems, workflows and editorial standards that made high-quality learning content scalable.
Established a culture of experimentation with AI avatars and synthetic voice, developed early frameworks for what good AI-generated content looks, sounds and feels like.
Clients: Deutsche Telekom, SAP, Google, Volkswagen and Porsche 

OpenSC x Nespresso · MVP · 2021

A blockchain-powered supply chain transparency tool built for Nespresso, giving 1,000 smallholder coffee farmers in the Democratic Republic of Congo direct access to fair pay verification.
Led the design strategy, user research from discovery through to MVP launch. Built the frameworks that translated complex supply chain data into a clear, accessible experience for first-time smartphone users in low-connectivity environments.
A product that had to work at the intersection of trust, technology and human impact.

NO Studio · Co-founder · 2019

NO Studio was an end to end creative agency for mobilising youth audiences. We worked with clients to bring millennial audiences to social impact causes.
NO studio was eclectic creative team working with the brands of tomorrow to redefine how young people interact with social good causes. We worked at the intersection of emerging tech, behaviour change and good design to activate a community of young people around social issues. We worked to deliver an end-to-end services including campaign strategy, design, activation and execution.

The Inclusivity Experiment · UTS · 2019

The Inclusivity Experiment aimed to propel the conversation on inclusive design.
By creating practical design guidelines for designers, technologists and startup founders the goal was to ensure that people who are normally excluded from the design process are included, so that products, services and technologies are inclusive by design, not just intent. 
In partnership with The Australian Human Rights Commission, Canva, Remarkable and Today Design.

What I didn't learn in design school · Founder · 2018

What I didn’t learn in design school was a series of monthly events with the Sydney and Melbourne Design communities.
 The events invited leading design practitioners to share professional advice to young designers about entering into the design industry. Each event hosted 150-200 audience members. 
The events gained sponsorship from Microsoft, local businesses, and leading design universities in Sydney and Melbourne.
